code d3 idle control valve

I have a technik stg 2 kit. Occasionally, and now much more frequently, the dsc and brake lights would go on and the car goes into limp mode. Peake reads d3, idle control valve.

I replaced the valve 3 months ago. Problem got better but now has come back in force. Peake reads d3 once again. Maf was cleaning, all hoses checked, should I replace the valve again? any insight?

There is no need to replace the valve again it is something else that is causing the problems

Do a smoke test and that should solve your issue - sounds like a boost leak.
