I'm doing tonights CFFB workout.

I'm on schedule to already do the strength wod which is 3x5 squat and 3x5 press and then you do the daily wod which is alternating 2 pood kb swings (I only have 1 pood) then chins ups in this rep order 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1. I know I'll be slow but it should be good. Still taking it easy on my weight with squats and deads. I haven't cleaned in a few weeks now.

Totally random thought, does anyone do jumping jacks anymore? I did jumping jacks for the first time last night and it actually kicks your ass pretty good.

Exactly, I got through about 80 and stopped and I was practically staggering. I think it really works alot of your stabilizing muscles in your legs, especially around your ankles.

nice man. I need a heavier KB. The 35 is decent but the wod I did today was heavily lopsided with difficulty on the chin ups. The swings were like a break.

Yeah I normally don't like doing that many of anything but the 10 min snatch test has been around for like a hundred years since the Russians developed it way back when, so it's kind of a cool benchmark that I do once a year or so. If you pick the right weight you end up in this constant state of near exhaustion but you can always do one more rep for like 9 out of the 10 minutes.

I've done that on rack deads...did (I think) 495lbs for 28 reps last summer.

But seriously...219 reps

I'm not saying it's bad. Good for you. I just don't have that sort of attention span.
