Did 100 burpees today as a quick little burner. 6:48.

Can't remember who threw down the 2:25 for the 50 burpees, but your call on a challenge for February!

I put down the 2:25 last week. Tried it again wed (still a bit sore from my back squat day) and only put up a 2:47. I'll think of a good one for this month by tomorrow.

20 Jumping Jacks
20 Walking Lunges (total)
20 Push Ups
20 Air Squats

no it's mike something he rarely uses fitocracy. Pmon is my buddy that is doing crossfit at a local gym. He's lost like 20lbs in a little over a month.

Just tried challenge #2

2:18. Nice one to whoever came up with it.

Rested about 5 minutes and then did
10 53lb kb swing
40 squats
20 53lb kb swing
30 pushups
30 53lb kb swing
20 burpees

4:01. Damn. Wanted sub 4:00 so bad.

Going to play 90 minutes of hockey in a few. I'm spent.
