Walking lunges or in place? I did in place for this as I assumed that what most would do but for most of my workouts I would do walking lunges though. I don't think walking would have added much time if any.

yea that's what I did. I just did left right left right etc. I didn't feel like trotting all over the garage and I think you're right about the time. Shouldn't matter either way.

3:04 I am dying. Quads hurt so badly on the air squats.

I will try it again when I don't play frisbee/run 5 miles the day before.

Ok, this conditioning challenge has turned into: glight, hockeyman, solly and Ron competing in the same things.

I remember that thread. I guess some people don't want to mess with their over all goals. I just want to get in shape and look better so I have no problem doing these.

Did not time it. 30 was in a reasonable consistent time. Then the last 20 were a struggle. Sore this morning.

I'll be doing the second challenge again tonight along with a bunch of pull ups and chin ups. It's my "off" day from the regular program but I want to do something.

I usually keep working out if I'm sick. I'll stick to solo exercises and go at about 50% effort, but I think if you can work up a sweat :feels good man:
