I purchased these exact headers back in november. You need to buy extended exhaust studs, make a dent on the longer header to clear the FCAB and the headers won't fit perfectly. I slipped them on by hand but it was a pain. Overall good price. If you have the potential to do the job then do it. I had a buddy of mine help out and my car is off the road so I took my time.

Where did you get the studs to begin with, to those thinking of getting these in the future who may not be able to get them from you?

Also, please picture of the dent! I'd like to get headers come spring time.

I had a customer do the same. Was not happy with the result headers leaked after a few months. The cheapest headers you can buy that are solid headers are the agency-power headers. We have the lowest possible price you can get them for. PM me for the price!

For the extremely low cost of the ebay headers - IMO I think it's worth the gamble.

I had agency power headers before. Great headers. I ended up selling them bc I thought I was selling my car. I ended up keeping it so I decided to try the eBay ones out. I'll send you a pm about the studs. Also I can get the part number for everyone else.

I just installed some headers om 330ci, painful. i had some help also, we are both mechanically inclined. just very tight space to work.
i also had mine in my garage taking my time. Sounds great with Dinan exhaust. A little loud but I like it!
I can definitely notice the gain. I wouldn't do it without help thats for sure, most of the time it was nice to have a 3rd and 4th hand
the 02 sensors are in a bad place at least with mine. but everything lined up for the most part.

If you can do some work with a hammer and a torch then you are good. Get a the install kit from cpi and you will be good. Even if the design is not top notch removing the cats is where most of the power is gained. I bought vibrant 90 degree o2 defoulers and no welding was required.

Don't expect it to be easy, in fact it's a real PITA sometimes the flanges don't match up to the cylinders and you have to compress them or push them apart. It was a crap ton of work to get them to fit and I had ones from bimmerbrakes that were guaranteed fitment...O2 sensor bungs can be a real PITA as well.
