Step 2 - Stetch cloth to the desired shape

Step 3 - Cover in mutiple layers of fiberglass.

These are just a few of the big steps to achieve that look. There are alot of steps that I left out so I didn't have to write a book. Hope this helps.

Waterboard. It was dampened with water and then carefully bent into that position to let dry.
