Here is alittle Update:

Installed the BOV pipe and Tbolt both side of the 45* Elbow


Return Charge Pipe From Intercooler


Can see how tight it is with the Auto Cooler.

Maybe install a rubber sleeve to prevent metal to metal contact.

LOL, I couldn't figure out wtf that pipe was doing there. Supercharger not turbo. Awesome fitment pics! keep going!

Installed the S Pipe to the S/C 90* Elbows


I need to get more some T-Bolt Clamps for these Elbows...

any way you could throw us a picture from the top? Just to see the painted blower and all?

Didn't do much today. So far I need to order some more t-bolts and 45* elbow for the CCV. Seems like my Straight Barb/Fitting is hittin the intake vanos noid.

Can you run under drive pullies with s/c kits? I'm sure there is a belt out there to fit? Anyone know some info on that? thx for the pic looks good

Yeah, you just need to know the lenght of the belt for underdrive pulleys for NA application. From there it's just simple math.
Stock belt - underdrive belt = x
SC belt - x = the lenght you need for SC with underdrive pulleys.

Why would you on a S/C kit? Only thing I would underdrive is the Power Steering Pump.

Since, S/C is added to the Combo. Adding an underdrive waterpump will cause the engine not to maintain cool correctly. Underdriving the Alternator is OK if u not a ICE junkie. Other then that, I dont see it is worth 180 bux to have. Rather spend that money else where that matters.

Tested or theoretical? I see people using them on turbo apps all the time. The water pump is spun much faster than needed. If you spin a pump that can only move x amount of volume at million rpms it still only moves what it was designed to move. I am in no way saying you aren't correct. Does anyone have some hard facts to back this? Does AA inform you not to under drive the pump?

There is no reason to run underdrive pulleys with a supercharger kit. Underdriving the water pump is not a great idea with a supercharger on the car.

Why take any risk AND add hassle to belt sizing etc for a net gain of AT BEST 5 whp.

Can you explain why it's not a great idea? If you take no risk you get no reward. I'm not saying this should be done or I would do it. I'm just curious why others don't and what factual information they have to back up, not doing it. If it's going to come down to risk vs reward leave the car stock. If it's coming down to hassle, don't mod it. I am only curious, nothing else. Perhaps a good place to start is what rpm the water pump needs to spin to maintain proper temps. Maybe you can run an oil cooler and the under drives? IDK, I just know it's not common for people to run pullies on s/c kits.
