btw, the shifter looks out of place in the E46 interior.
shifter was my most current purchase but i returned it, looked better on the site.
put my OEM shifter back on now.

i've been looking into dropping it .5" in the back and 1" in the front if i can get away with it.. waiting for a deal to come around on adjustable suspension.

as for the ZHP wheels... i still have them and was going to use them as my winter wheels as they only have a few months of tire left, if that.
so not sure if i wanna sell them yet...
y'all interested in purchasing them shoot me a pm with a price and maybe if it's right i'll part with them.
i'll have to double check but im 99% sure the wheels have no curbage or marks.

I think you're running positive camber in the front...

I had a can of Rustoleum (sp?) from Lowes, its from their High Temperature/automotive line I think it was the 500 degree can they sell a few options it was the lower temp version, they have higher temp ratings, but mines fine and been on over a year. Satin Black

^^
if i have time i'm going to give this a shot on the weekend.. blends nicely

btw does your car have a whistle around 2500k with the aFe?
i replaced the lower boot which was not needed as a mechanic did it already 6 months prior to me doing it when some plastic dry rotted from heat around the engine.
i haven't replaced the upper boot yet but not sure if that would even be a problem or if the noise is just simple considered normal

Angry

Circa Feb 03, 2012

after almost 2 hrs got the fogs replaced
as you'll notice any DIY i do fights me as if my car wants to go to the stealership to be worked instead!

H11 120 SMD LED 6000K bulbs

now the reason why it took me sooo long

*ended up busting the tabs u squeeze to release the OEM bulb from the plug right off on the passenger side as the bulb was jammed in there , anyone know if i can replace just the plug?*

*next issues were with the piece in the pic listed below, when putting everything back together i could not get it back in place on both driver/passenger sides.. ended up giving up*

*next problem was with the plastic push pins on both driver/passenger side. i was able to get them to go through the hole with the metal tab then behind that is the hole for the fender wall/guard that i could not get them to go into, the hole was too far to the right.. tried taking all the other screws out and pulling the plastic guard to left with no luck.. ended up giving up..*

*last problem i ran into was with the rock guard/plate under the car.. the screws closest to the passenger side as well as the ones in the center kept coming loose every time i bumped the guard. i can screw them in and they feel tight but if i bump the guard the come loose and the guard hangs on that side, they also come loose when driving.. driver side screws stay in... think the screws are striped or the actual holes??*

*i even stayed home from work to install them.. get two rock chips fixed in my windshield that a semi truck gave to me last night... was going to paint the aFe intake cover but this suppose to be 15 min job ruined my day and couldn't do any of that*

and finally the fogs installed.. (not sure how to capture the light yet sorry)

all in all i've yet to run a DIY smoothly.. no matter how simple

since the pic's don't show the true color they actually match all my LED's nicely.. just have to upgrade my angel eyes to the Uminitza Opaque's and everything will match
haha
actually i think the Xenon's will be a little lighter in color but close enough for me

if you don't have might already might as grab the gauge rings too and sharpie since your going to be in there.
besides popping the needles off the install is a breeze.. even popping the needles off isn't hard, just scary.

I have already done the gauge rings, so it should be easy doing this. I forgot to do the sharpie mod last time but this time i wont forget.
