M3 headers?

I have a 2001 325i non "M". I have bad CAT's and found a deal on a 2005 325 M header with the CAT's on it. Will this work and what can/will I have to do to make this work on my car?
Thanks guys...

what the heck is a 325 M header?

Either way, the 325 and M3 have different mounts for the exhaust manifold. So if it's coming off a 325, you'll be fine. If it's coming off an M3, it won't fit.

M3 headers will not fit on a 325.

Use the search button. There are countless threads on this topic.

has anyone tried to cut the stock 325 mani mounts and weld that to the m3 headers? do the pipes line up. maybe that would be a way for m3 headers to work on m54b25 ????
