Those are her suggestions. CD really ****s with your entire body, not just your gut. Instead of taking those insane drugs, I'm trying to heal myself naturally. She also had nutritional suggestions to up my cholesterol. I just want opinions from H&F if they think it will make a big difference.

I was pretty happy with my workout today even though I did it without a spotter and ****ed up trying to get them up on the first set. that's always embarrassing

I feel like I need to add 10-15lbs to my body before I start to see real improvements aesthetically, but I'm happy that I am becoming stronger.

you're naturally skinny so it is tough. Have you thought of making the diet a little more dirty? Do you count the cals? I'm going to start soon.

Take the calories higher and work your shoulders harder. The width from shoulder work will make you wider and give a strong visual effect of size.

I don't want to risk a breakout due to dirty diet. If I could eat pasta, sandwiches...pretty much if I could have gluten and dairy I think I could do it. These antibiotics aren't helping my skin yet. Maybe I'm still in puberty but I've been thinking about accutane :s

ohh so you can't take gluten or dairy?

Look for gluten free breads and pastas

that's the biggest issue with paleo is the gluten. You are probably pretty close to paleo now. It might sound weird but start adding more olive oil, coconut oil, and avocado to meals for the extra cals. I know of people that just eat spoonfuls of the oils lol.

My favorite is lateral raises with arms bent. By far. Emphasizing the medial head of the shoulder does wonders for the impression of size.

Also reverse flies...I bend at the waist, put my forehead on a bench (bench at about 45*), and do reverse flies. It works well to bring in the rear head.

Everyone focuses on presses even though they're poor bang for the buck in my opinion.
