your ripped and can put on more weight. i would concentrate on eating more (5-6 meals a day) and little or no diet and cardio. you put on more weight, your muscles will get bigger quick.

Deadlifts and hamstrings tonight. I have no idea what my max's are for DL's because I've always been scared to do them with heavy weight. I usually do 185 for 5 3x. Will report.

btw I believe I'm around 3000 cal a day clean(ish) and maybe more on sundays becuase I cheat a bit. I'm between 163-167 which is up a couple of pounds so I'm happy to be making progress.

any way you can get video of the deadlifts. I know when I'm close to my maxes my back rounds a bit and to help it I just focus on keeping my butt down and chest up. Looking forward to your post.

I'll video tape it next time I do DL's. I was doing 185 for 3 sets of 5. The program says once you hit 3 sets of 5 to turn your weight up. It felt okay, decent weight but I wasn't really struggling. I'm going to try 205 next and see how my back feels. Mike what's your DL max now?

I got 335x1 exactly two months ago. I haven't attempted a max since then and haven't really gone over 300 since my program has me doing lower lifts and working up. Tonight is a deload weak so it's just a bunch of lighter sets around 160 or so. Then it's 21-15-9 reps of tire flips and burpees. yay. Hopefully the weather holds up and the ground is dry. I'll try to take some video of that workout.

I saw that on FB. How heavy is that tire? How do you spread out recovery, since that is pretty well a full body workout (amirite?)

It's 225lbs. Yea it works my whole body pretty much. When I do it I try to keep things simple the next day. I wont do many heavy lifts if any. Today I'm just doing some running and some double unders. Thursday is chest and some workout around that. It's weird but yesterday I felt it primarily in my quads. You can see me struggle to find my grip a few times in the video because some treads are raised higher than others. When you can't just get under it and flip it up it really makes the quads burn from being bent over. Some flips are much easier than others when you can get the grip down.

I use a long handle 20lbs sledge. Pretty normal weight. I think they go up to 30lbs.

Ok cool. I'll hit up home depot or Loews this weekend. I always open for new workouts. What type of swings do you do and is it a set number of swings or time?

I got blood results back a few days ago from the doc.
Things that need attention:
-low iron (I'm talking normal levels are 70-80, I'm at 2)
-low cholesterol
-low zinc
-low b12
-ridiculously high creatine kinase (it's between 1500-1600)

I'm starting b12 shots next week. I've been taking 50mg of zinc picolinate a day. I'm going to phase in an iron pill too.

Thoughts on this? will I be able to get stronger if I correct these levels?

Your really out of wack. It can't hurt too get those levels right and your creatine levels seems really really high first time I went too Meps mine was about that high along with my protein levels and they told me I needed to go back too my doc and see what's going on too make sure I did not have kidney problems.

Did he have any conserns like that?

I honestly have no idea. I'm going to schedule a blood work appointment soon too just so I know everything. Did you write everything down or did you get a copy

Why are you self-correcting? What the hell do you have a doctor for if he's not advising you?

robbing with a sword is a good thing
