get some quest bars, pricey but best profile, i don't even know wtf tigersmilk bars are

nanas are nothing but carbs , negative

better options for protein and creatine than ON i use trutein and allmax respectively

you don't need anything pre wo but food, bcaa during wo, i like intrabolic

soda is one of the worst inventions by man, why don't you eat some hot dogs while you're at it?

chicken, salad, light dressing , water, almonds, protein bars, protein shakes, bike for 30 minutes after lifting 3 or 4 times a week

its really not rocket science my man, and good luck keeping ALL the muscle you gained, it won't happen but you can minimize it

Yeah for sure. I've always had a fast metabolism but and I've just been drinking a lot of good beer and foot lately I think it finally caught up with me.

I think if I cut out the weekly pizzas, and 4 sodas a day, I think I might see an initial weight drop. Maybe more than 10 pounds in 5 weeks or so. Who knows.

I used my last serving of NoExplode this morning. Might go on Jack3d again, maybe I won't use anything.

Jeez, I remember back in like 2006 when I was drinking 1,200 gram weight gainer shakes before I went to sleep. OR I would wake up in the middle of the night to drink it. Dat jus cray.

Stopping soda will be a tremendous change. You will lose 10 lbs easily just from that.

yeah I'm shooting for that. I'll probably go back to my eggs, tuna, chicken, and greens basic meal plan.

It's **** like this, that make it hard to stick to a diet.

I changed it up from flat barbell and did some dumbbell presses the other day. Wow, it's been a while. I forgot how quickly your muscles get fatigued. Obviously if you're not using a lot of the stabilization muscles then switching it up to dumbbells you're gonna feel a huge difference.

The flat bench DB's is tough, by the 3-4th set my core was pretty weak from doing those reverse weighted sit ups.

I finished my 3rd and 4th set was with the 90's. I didn't have lift offs, which I think help A LOT, but I think I got about 5 reps each set.

After that I used the same bench for skull crushers. Warmed up and then did maybe 30 on each side...

How much does a preacher curl bar weigh? 15?

lol oh man... weighed in yesterday the four pounds are back

Not worried, I've been eating a lot heathier. Haven't had a soda since Saturday. Longest I've went in over 7 years.

I've recently started doing flat bench DB's again. I don't have a lift off which kinda tires you out earlier but I just chalk it up as adding to core strength lol..

Anyways, I forgot my ipod shuffle clip and had to use my iphone for music. I was doing 90's on flat and when I kicked them my iphone slips out and is hanging/on the floor when I'm doing my set. I'm used to bringing up my legs after the final rep and sitting up with them, but now i couldn't
I had to drop them on the ground and all I though was how I was going to drop one right on my phone...

Good work so far. I would highly recommend doing about 15-30 minutes of HIIT training - I like using the treadmill for it. I think it would help slim you down and definitely make you look better as well. It's a great way to cut fat.

Your diet is the absolute most important thing. If you deviate from your diet for even one day, you can kiss your results goodbye.

Good luck and let us know how it goes.

I disagree....Good diets allow for a cheat meal here and there so that you can be on the diet and have something you crave. That extra 100 calorie M&M's isn't going to affect your diet once a week. It allows you to stay sane and see your goal. It's hard to word it, but I think most people get my point, and if not someone will come in here and help word it.

Good diets require a cheat meal.
