I try to have one big, satisfying meal. Perhaps steak, sauteed mushrooms, sweet potato, etc.

Using the "day" mentality leaves the door open to such a huge number of calories that it's a very think to do if you're serious about dieting.

robbing with a sword is a good thing

I don't know... I don't eat fast food, I feel that since I mostly cook for myself and I don't have to be so strict. Wouldnt ever think using Jiffy over natty PB would be a bad idea.

It's 1% milk with 2 scoops ON whey. I was about to go hiking so it was kinda my meal replacement. Had a cliff bar with some mixed nuts

With that sh1tty pb yes. I also wouldn't recommend a shake like this for someone that's cutting either. Milk, pb,banana protein. It's probably around 800 cals. Seems unnecessary for someone that's cutting.

Don't justify it by saying you don't eat fast food. That's the same as someone eating pizza after running two miles. Either way you didn't get the most out of what youre doing.

Jiffy is straight garbage. Full of sugar fill of crappy oils. The only ingredients you should have in pb is peanuts and salt.

I wouldn't call it dirty either, definitely straight bulk material though.

Peanut butter is not bad for you at all... just like meat you have good PB and bad PB. I have a slight allergic reaction to almonds so peanut butter is the cheaper and preferred choice for me.

I'm not saying it's bad. I'm saying non natural is bad. I'm also saying that jiffy is the reason it's "dirty"

How can you tell the difference in Peanut Butter? I have never heard of Jiffy... Skippy and Jif.

Just curious, so I can tell my mom to buy a certain peanut butter, since I've been too lazy to grocery shop.

Why not cut out all that but the whey? just whey and water. You're cutting.. I'm cutting right now and just have straight whey and water. I intake little to no dairy.

For a cut, I agree. But no way would I call that a "dirty" bulk...Whether or not you are on a cut/bulk, your body still needs fats to maintain healthy test levels, etc. The Jif peanut butter that I eat has 7g of carbs, with only 3g coming from sugar. I am willing to spare 3g of sugars for a good, cheap tasting peanut butter. When on a cut, During a cut, I would still eat a serving of PB a banana before workout, and drink skim milk. Just have to figure out your marco's and hit them...

On campus I'll bring a couple scoops with my shaker and do that for sure. Like I said in an earlier post this was my PWO shake/meal replacement shake.

But for us to still be talking about peanut butter

2 weeks ago I quit eating fast food and quit drinking soda. The last thing on my mind is worrying about is peanut butter.

Solly I see your point though. My dad gave me a huge jar of PB from Costco so I'll finish that sh1t up.

And oh yeah, I just had some salmon with some WHITE rice.
