Whether they are "worth it" all depends.

There are other cigars out there that are cheaper that are just as good. The Griffin for one, is one of my favorites and actually made by Davidoff, they are about half the price and just as good. But if you are an experienced cigar aficionado you might still prefer the Davidoffs however if that was the case as well, $20 on a stick wouldn't be an issue.

So my advice is try some Griffins, my favorite are the Robusto's perfect wrap/filler combo.

The only issue is they can be tough to find.

See I've heard bad things about Thompson and about their mailing system etc.

Cigars International is about an hour away from me so I usually just do that or hit up my local shop or Holts in philly.


That is a pretty sick deal though.

Edit: Ordered, couldn't pass it up, going to gift it to a friend, but good karma for me

I actually looked at this bundle for the huge ring gauge "footballs". Figured they would be a good conversation piece at holiday get togethers. The others were just a (really nice) plus IMO. Have you guys tried any 100+ ring gauge smokes?
