Was reading some good stuff in the interwebs, and thought.. man I've been masturbating almost every day for the past 8 years. Does my body need a break?

I found this: REBOOTING. It's where you take about 30-90 days of stopping having sex, stopping porn, you can still have foreplay with your gal, but no masturbating. You can touch yourself in the shower, but no finishing. Apparently it stops any copulatory impotence and any sexual anxiety at all.

Thoughts? Anyone try this? Fade2Neg?
