I would have liked any car bought for me when I was sixteen, I had to take a loan against my life insurance to buy my first car. And wtf is up with people under 20 having "track toys"

Kids drive fast? I never mess around with my car. And my parents know that. I never gave them a reason not trust me.

I am 45 (and feel and look YOUNG in my M3!!!!) and had to really think hard about buying a used M3 for over $20,000 with the possibility of large repair bills. I waited until I paid my house off so I would have plenty of extra money. Any kid 16 or 20 that "saved up enough money" to buy an M3 either has worked really hard from about age 10 (I am calling BS) and had someway of making more money than they are probably worth (worked for Mommy and Daddy), or M&D put in the other $15,000 once they saved up the $5,000 to go with it. When I was 20ish all I could do was worry about getting through college while driving a Fort Escort, amongst other Chrysler products. Man were they P's OS!

50. First car was a 69' Mustang Mach 1, 351 Windsor, was pretty beat up by the time I acquired it, believe it was street raced to death. lol. Congrats on being so young and getting to enjoy such a beautiful M3.

16 is really young to own a car like that, I just think at 16 kids aren't ready for that kind of responsibility. Every kid at that age loves to drive fast no matter what they say. If I told my dad I wanted an M3 at 16 he would laugh and tell me how people in hell want a glass of water but they ain't getting any. My first car was the families 94 Bonneville. Now im 23 with an M3 and I pay for all my own maintenance and what not. But I guess congrats on bring able to own one at 16. I guess atthe my age you'll be driving an M6 or something like that.

19 with 04 m3 been working for it since 15 once i hit 19 i told my parents im buying one and bam 2 month later i got it. I payed it in full and cash no parents involved. So whoever is saying its bs well...

My parents are not morons and btw I payed of most of the car and gas oil change etc.

So your car has never gone over 65 or whatever your daily routes speed limit is?
