End of Summer: Post pics before we get fat again!

I worked out pretty hard, I figured I'd save it before it becomes a distant memory. Mmmm, how I missed you pizza!







Taken today, kinda lost my mojo after this insane unhealthy weekend in Ocean City. I looked much better mid-pump at the gym today, but I can't bring myself to take pictures there. I'm eating really clean and taking 60mg var ED. 5'8 186.5

Three day split: chest/bi, back/tri, shoulders mostly. I don't do legs in the summer because I play beach volleyball 2x a week. I superset everything, low rest. Weight is generally heavy, but 10 rep range.

I've been incorporating your crossfit stuff as well, I'll do wall balls between sets air squats, box jumps or thrusters, etc. I'll throw a Cindy or Fran in when I'm bored. I did hang clean to thrusters with 155lb the other day, awful.

Cardio is intense, jumping rope, running 800's or rowing.

Now that summer is over I add leg day and do a four day split.

5'8 186.5, no idea about my maxes but I did 20 strict pull ups on my first set this week. I go up to the 130's for dumbbell flat bench.

I have not worked out in 4 weeks due to illness, my pic before I stopped in Aug. 5'11.5" @161lbs.

I wonder what is my body fat in this pic?

i'm seeing the most improvements in the shoulder/trap area and shaping of the chest (slowly)
can't wait to start cutting in november and get rid of my gut

6'1"
203.2lbs
gained about 10 pounds since may when i started my 1 year goal to get bigger and stronger
aiming to get up to 215lbs by november

My legs are huge, and I play volleyball several times a week. I also probably have the best calves on this board.

My original thought was, looking pretty good...then after reading your posts....I have no care.

Anyhow, my bulk is never ending... maybe by next year I'll be able to 'cut' and can post pics before a winter bulk. For now though, it's bulk 24/7

Hey man, if all you care about is how you look... then good for you most of us on here are focused on gains and what not. I can't imagine you would have the best calves... if how your calves look really mean that much to you, with you never working your legs out. But then again, with the supplement diet maybe I can believe that.
