Entirely fatigue. My body isn't absorbing nutrients efficiently.

Been on the current meds since Saturday. Finally feeling better - like I'm absorbing nutrients now. I probably ate more calories yesterday than in the entire week prior.

I was told the other day I look like Matthew McConaughey in his new movie where he plays an AIDS patient. I'm pretty sure that's not a good thing.

Going to go tanning and then lift.

Add in work and that's a depressingly accurate description

I can gladly say it's more ups than downs right now. Unfortunately we're still not sure what I have.

How about you? Did you start the Remicade treatments?

So I've been thinking I might have some gluten issue recently.. Do you experience mental fogginess by chance?

Sometimes, but I'm also overwhelmed at work (stress is a factor in s couple of things I might have), on medication that can cause fogginess, and it's not easy to concentrate when you're thinking "don't crap my pants, don't crap my pants, don't crap my pants."

I'm going to try a couple weeks gluten free (or at least reduced gluten) in January. I need some time to research it more. It would be a fairly significant dietary change for me.

Are you experiencing any of the other issues?

I don't want to sound like House but have you been traveling or ate anything raw - possible bacteria or parasite? Glad to hear you're eating again, law low for the Holidays and rest up.

Actually you're on point. That's one of the options we're looking into an I was on special antibiotics specifically to address that possibility. I haven't traveled outside the US (which would increase the chances hugely) but I've traveled to a number of boring Midwest cities.

Only if there's an adequate number of insults and riddles.

I've had the fatigue especially, as well as some headaches, and just an overall crappy, wore out feeling. I feel like I'm not absorbing nutrients efficiently, bloated, some depression, and a decline in dental health (even though I brush religiously).

Flossing is nearly, if not equally, important as brushing!

I do occasionally, but admittedly not as much as I should.

Got a call today. My last round of tests came back and I do NOT have Celiac's. It's also looking negative for ulcerative colitis. Looking like a bacterial issue.

that's typical for me too when I start them (or restart them). Usually gives me poops but after a week it's like normal digestion, or as close as I can get to it at this point.
