The early part of this week, my eating was pretty bad. I really cleaned it up toward the end. I'm still around 195-196 but my size 33 pants are fitting slightly large in the waist.

Been lifting hard and trying to eat better. Tonight I had about 8oz of steak and six of the largest scallops I've ever seen.

Also, saw this scale at a cooking store. Looks amazing. Might be a good way to spend $100 on healthy eating.

$100 why? My friend got one on ebay for $10, works great, digital, meant for people that workout, don't remember its brand name

It tells you the nutrients of the food you're weighing.

Why not just use an app like LoseIt? You can track calories, nutrients, etc and you take it everywhere with you.

busa you're right - apps generally work fine but I just don't stick with them. I just like scales though.

Did 30 minutes on the eliptical this morning with a serving of Redline. Burned 354 calories. Breakfast was 45g protein, 46g carbs, 14g fat. Had multi, digestive enzymes, glucosamine, fish oil, glutamine, createine, and beta alanine post WO. Feeling pretty good. One month till cruise.

Ate pretty well this weekend, but was out fairly late Saturday night (had two Bud Lights so not major impact to diet).

2.5 and 5, respectively.

The suggested dosing is one serving upon waking up. I literally wake up, have some sort of caffeine, pull on sweats/vibrams, and go downstairs. I can do 30 minutes of cardio and be back in my apartment 35 minutes after waking up... that's close enough to first thing in the morning for me.

Is this BA or glutamine? I was referring to beta-a, my bad. I take 3-5g of glutamine post and half a Jack3d scoop of beta-a pre (~2.5) . Should I be taking it post workout instead?

Also, you wear the KSO's, right? Do yours stink? Mine smell horrible... tried washing them twice and they smell almost immediately after I use them a couple of times.

BA. If I was lifting mid-day or evening, I'd take it pre.

I have three pair of Vibrams. The KSOs are, by far, the smelliest model.

I'm thinking of picking up another pair just to rotate... any recommendations on a model for outdoor trail/concrete running? That's what I hear about the KSO's... that they are the smelliest. I'm going to go to REI and exchange them for another pair.

Classics are the least smelly, but they are also the least protective.

Edit...

BA pre workout. No reason to take it post. You will get the most benefit pre.
