are you at the strongest ever too? That's what I'd like. I'm hovering around 173 now and wouldn't mind if I weighed less as long as I can lift heavy.

Yeah strongest ever or pretty damn close. I pulled my lifetime deadlift or a few weeks ago and same with my squat clean pr a few weeks ago. Squatting might be a little off, but it's close. I'd like to settle at 190 or so when it's all said and done. I still have some further strength goals that I want to hit in the next few years, but it's not much higher than I'm at now, so it's shouldn't be too hard to hit them at a few lbs lighter. Ideally I'd just be less fat.....

Yea same here. I have some belly fat I could lose. Nothing too crazy but a few lbs im sure. I would like to just stick to heavy lifts, crossfit style stuff and pretty close to paleo. I've been very strict the last three weeks but this weekend I went nuts with drinking and eating crappy.

Main thing is to keep a consistent rhythm. You can jump a lot slower and lower than you think you need to. Can you do one? If so do single single single double single single single single double. Stuff like that until you can string two together. Next thing you know you'll be doing a bunch in a row. What kind of rope do you have?

I bought the rogue speed rope you suggested. I am very good at regular jump rope and can keep a very good rhythm. I honestly havent even really practiced double unders yet.
