I had some work done in my garage to move some rafter and have some crossbeams installed so I can hang them at 10.5 ft or so. Before that I hung them from my tree and it was awesome. Higher the better, ideally 12+ feet.

It not attached though. I'd gladly trade the extra height for an attached garage. Thats what I get for living in a downtown type area though with small ass lots.

ohh right. It has it's pros and cons I guess. If I bang weights around it probably can be heard throughout the house. The bumpers protect the floors but they are not nearly as quiet as I thought lol.

Againfaster.com carries them. I don't know if they are in stock though. If he can't get those, get the Nike romaleos. I think they are better and you can find the v1s on sale for $120. That's what I bought recently and posted pics of.

the pic isn't loading.

How do you track your previous times. Do you have a program or just notebook or something?

I just log everything on my CF message board log. I have pretty much everything I've done for the past 2 years+ on there. I just search for workouts as needed.

I dont think so, personally. My buddy gave it to me for safe keeping when he went to the army. I rarely use it. I do like the Prowler he let me borrow though. I would skip the abmat and save up for a GHD.

Yeah, I have a GHR machine. I got a great deal on it when this local store was going out of business. Picked it up for like $160 out the door whereas its $250 + tax + shipping now.

One of my favorite things in my gym (after my barbell of course).

I was wrong, $219.

I've been very happy with it. If you were to order one, make sure it comes with the split pad as opposed to the solid.

Went back in my workout log and picked conditioning workouts that I did on three consecutive days almost exactly 2 years ago. I am going to do them all today with 5 minutes rest between each workout to see how much I have improved. I never would have been able to do all three back to back to back in April 2010, so if I can PR all of them today I will be pretty happy.

Workouts will be:

5x
10 GHD Situps
200m Row. 7:45 last time

rest 5:00

5x
400m run
15 95lb Overhead Squats. 17:48 last time

rest 5:00

500m row
21 115lb push press
500m row
18 115lb push press
500m row
15 115lb push press
500m row
12 115lb push press. 11:45 last time.

Will report back in about 4 hours.
