Need new Head Unit.. Help???

I have a 2000 328i with navigation in the stock head unit. I looked everywhere, but couldn't mind anyone that has replaced it with an aftermarket one. Any Suggestions would be much appreciated.

Here is a pic of my head unit

Basically get original BMW parts. Don't buy aftermarket. OEM = original equipment manufacturer.
