You must be either 12yrs old, or is that your IQ score? What does a car being "mint" have to do with a TITLE status??? So if a person owns a car from new, keeps it stored, and meticulously maintained, and 9 years 46k later gets into an accident, the car damages aside, no longer can be "mint/clean????" soap and water don't make a vehicle "mint" buddy, either a car is or isn't, regardless of a bucket and sponge. My car is MINT, and as mentioned one of the cleanest 03's out there. You guys out there that are true enthusiast, know what I'm talking about. I will not waste my time responding to this character no longer. I see from all of your post this is a pattern of yours, must be out of frustration of wanting things you can't have..... Sorry to all the other members fought in the cross fire of these idiots.

A salvage title is pretty much the end-all of things to avoid, so I'm entirely confident that you're the delusional one in this context. Please continue your ad-hominem attacks and avoid the point, you're doing an excellent job so far. If you wanted to be up-front and were assured of the car's condition, you'd have posted all the pictures to begin with.

Gentlemen, gentlemen, this is ridiculous! The car is clean, we will all agree! A salvage title does make me raise an eye brow, but if you are buying to car to drive, then it doesn't matter.

Anyways you sir have a very nice car! GLWS! If I had my car sold then I would be on this! Bump it up!

It is a beautiful car man, salvage or not it looks great and moreover any potential buyer is going to check and inspect the car in person. Why hate on something that you haven't seen in person or driven.... unwarranted judgement call in my opinion. GLWS it is one gorgeous M3 and my fav color combo... unfortunately I love my 330Ci and don't have extra cash for another toy

Iam not knocking your car, just stating what u could put one together for. If I didnt work on cars id buy it in a heartbeat, but with a branded title to most its not worth retail value is all. Someone who cant do it themselfs should deff pick this up looks real clean and the color combo looks great together.

I thought it looked nice. Just sayin, and if this car is for you to drive, as long as it is mechanically sound, mint condition is icing on the cake.

I wish my car would sell, I'd be PM'ing you for more info. I appreciate your honesty myself.

I love how most people see salvage and assume problems. The most reliable car that I have ever bought was a salvage title. My brother works in a body shop, many times a car will be totaled out just because my bro in law doesn't want to do the work.

My car should of never been a total loss but thank god it was cause I got the best deal ever. Also my best friend dropped his street bike at 10 mph. The adjuster totaled the bike out, cut a check, and my buddy bought the almost brand new bike back for $1200, changed the plastic fairings and is a happy camper. The way the real world works is many people would rather get a check written out to them instead of having a crash on the carfax, go thru the hassle of repairs, peace of mind with a clean car. If you take care of the adjuster, he'll do the same.

Op, good luck with the sale, I know it's worth what your asking, I just hope the community understands the great deal. Selling salvage is rough, that's why I only make them my personal cars and will drive mine into he ground. Good luck and if you have to lower the price I hope you turn a profit.

That's a gorgeous car you got and the salvage title does bother me a bit but either way it's an amazing car. I actually graduate from high school this June and I've been talking to my dad about helping me get a new car. So maybe I'll pass this off to him to see what he says

Drove a "salvaged" car for 3 years and 60k miles before I sold it and the current owner has driven it for 30k more miles and it's running good as new. It was one of the most reliable vehicles I've ever had. Some of you people are completely misled by what a salvage title is. You have the option to bring it to the mechanic or bmw tech of your choice for inspection. Stop being idiots.

Bump for a clean car.

OP....trade interiors?

OP seems more than legit in his post and seems to know more than most about what the definition of salvage can mean. Price is MORE than fair. GLWS

clean it is. but with a salvage title form a sucker no way youre getting $17k from guys on this site. lol.

Ive had salvage title cars before, most are very reliable, the problem is, you cant ask full value for them, most insurance co wont give u full value in the event they have to replace it.

Car looks nice and even if in the worst case scenario the car ended up having problems couldn't you jus part out: engine tranny dme seats wheels mirrors etc. I feel like that would almost cover it.

salvage title + Location: NYC + registered February 2012 = nope

Car does look clean, though, I'll give you that. I work for an insurance company and I know for a fact that no one is totaling out an M3 for $3,500 in repairable damages. No. One. This looks like one of the cars you'd see at a dealership on Hillside Avenue in Queens...that's not a compliment.

Then again I'm sure there's someone on here who's just dying for an M3 with a red interior and no nav that will fork out 17k for a 10 year old car with a salvage title lol
