I left the chrome exposed in the middle of the grille, because the side grilles have chrome in them. So i just wanted them to match. Maybe I should have painted both....maybe next time. A drop will come in the future.

The paint I would give a 7 out of 10. But I need to give it a good wax and it will definitely get it a lot better. It took us a while to finish painting the trunk, so once it was done I just wanted to get it on. Adjusting the trunk to sit just right, also took a bunch of hours. There are still some wet sanding marks, bu I'm going to wax it soon, and let you know how it comes out. Painting it was definitely a lot harder than both my friend and I expected it to be, but I do enjoy learning new things about my car, so I do not regret it at all. Not really in a hurry to wax it right away, because of the weather, so I might just wait till about February, or March and than give my car in to Big A Detailing in Queens, and let him wax the whole car.

Latest thing I did was buy wipe new bottle and wiped down all the exterior rubbers that got faded out over the years. Tell you this much, this thing works magic. The best part is that it does not make anything shiny, just brings it back to looking brand new. I used it on the interior panels as well, with great results. Definitely recommend it to everyone.
