I don't think you have to have a team, but, in reading the event description, they believe you won't be able to negotiate some of the obstacles without help, and teammates are great for that. Otherwise you are left relying on the mercy of others.

I believe times are recorded individually.

So much fun.

Flew down south to run it with my bro and friend. We had a few drop outs.

It was so geared for me. Lot of trail running. Obstacles were more like break-time.

Nice work, did you get results yet?

We ran Indiana and got an invite to NJ for the championship in November. Not sure if I'll go or not.

Since February - ive always done free weights and little to no cardio.

Now it's a bit everything and training how to swim proficiently.

You wouldn't believe how many people didn't even show up. We saw stacks of unclaimed bib packets etc.

I signed up recently for May 12 of 2013, but unfortunately they wouldn't let me pay. I got a notice stating that once its officially opened for registration then I will be able to purchase my spot. Currently I'm out of shape but I've been working out and eating healthy for a month now. So the Tough Mudder challenge is something to work for rather then quick weightloss etc. I'll get the results if work hard until the event.

It's honestly not that hard. And it's not "Insane" by any means at all.

Absolutely.

Anyone can do it but it's what u put in as in regards to finishing time.

U can take your sweet a$$ time and finish or haul a$$ and make a great effort.

Like u walking 15 miles and me running. I'll run.
