i need a new differential

part #30.309.176WK i think this is the correct part number. i need a rear differential for my 330cic 2001. where should i search for it?

real oem to find exactly what part number. Then dealership, bmwpartssource etc...

if you need a 3.38 i have one available, it wasnt to high mileage either i can find out if u need.

definitely a junk yard. New is around $1,000. You can find a good, low mileage one for $100-150 on car-part.com.

If you change the fluid once in a while, they should last 200K+

Cheat Sheet:
