Frequently thinking about your ex gfs?

Do you have a bad habit of frequently thinking about your ex girlfriends no matter how happy you are? Yes, you are probably thinking that I am not happy in my current relationship because I am thinking about my ex gfs. I think this is not true because it has happened no matter who I was with and no matter how happy I was/am. I have not had that many gfs in my life, but the number has piled up in the last 5 years because most of them were short-lived relationships. Maybe that is why I keep thinking about them because I am always wondering what we could have had and if it could have lasted longer? I am not sure, but it bothers me like crazy and I often find myself Facebook stalking them to see if, for example, they changed their profile picture. Creepy, I know. I am not sure if it is just my personality and I love to hang onto the past, but I hate it and want to make a change. The problem is....how?
