CHanging Air Filter (panel style)

i picked up an ITG panel filter from UUC and was going to drop it in this evening...anything i need to know? i took a quick look and there are the clips around the box, plus the 2 tabs on the left that the lid slides into...do i have to disconnect the wiring that leads to the MAF, or maybe pop off the intake tube to get the lid off?...i'm just a little paranoid since it's the first time getting under the hood of this car (i've only had it for 2.5 weeks)...thanks for the newbie help...

I just undid the clips, took out the old air filter, threw in the new one, locked everything back into its place and that's it.
