driveline vibration...

2001 325ci 5spd, 215k miles
I have owned 9 BMWs and I know what failing driveshaft vibe feels like.
This one is wierd though..
It only vibrates in 4th gear and sometimes when letting off gas in 5th.
At hiway speeds, it is smooth as a new one.
I have inspected it on a lift and guibo is not thrashed, and no obvious slack in ujoints in neutral.
Any ideas?
Update:: I heard driveshaft squeaking when backing up, so I ordered a driveshaft.
I will let you know of fix.
UPDATE: I got used drive shaft off ebay 110k miles cost $139 with shipping, $150 to get it installed.
That was it... rear ujoint was loose as a goose with only 217k miles on it, go figure.
Zero vibrations at any speed, aaahhh
