Aside from them having killer prices (consistently $10-20 less PER fender liner, brake ducts were also about $10 cheaper per side) their service is top notch. But if you've read any of the other reviews on E46F, you already know this.

I've ordered from them twice now and have been pleased both times. This latest order I placed on the 9th. Today (the 15th) I hadn't gotten an update beyond the initial order confirmation so, being the lazy phone-shy person that I am, I used their web form. Less than an hour later I had a message from Mike apologizing for the delay and bumping up the shipping free of charge. He also made sure the order was put on the truck today.

My previous order was all the ducting and mounting hardware for my Mtech2 bumper project. I thought I could get away without the fender liners and still be satisfied but I was wrong. I am far too OCD about fitment. As a side note, my Knoalty sedan Mtech rep sits better than most factory preface and sport bumpers I've seen driving around town.

Needless to say, this is my new OEM parts source. The only thing that could make it better were if they stocked classic Rolls Royce parts. Because the Corniche (1984) always needs something, and it's never a fun DIY.
