Help me price this ZHP!

Hi all,
First post here, as I'm really an E36 guy. I'm helping my father sell his 2003 330i ZHP and was hoping you'd all help me figure out a fair asking price. I've done a fair amount of research and ZHP prices seem to be all over the map --I've seen ZHPs sell for very small AND significant premiums over standard 330s, so I confess that I don't quite have a handle on the market for these cars. So, I'd like to get a fair price for my dad and we'd definitely prefer to see it go to a real BMW enthusiast.

Here are the vital stats:
2003 330i ZHP, 77K miles, Silver Grey Metallic over black Alcantara/cloth. 6-speed manual. Obviously, I don't need to tell you guys what a ZHP is.
Currently mounted summer tires are Goodyear Eagle F1. They have about 10K miles on them.
Cold weather package, moonroof, Xenon headlights, Harmon Kardon premium sound system, Split fold-down rear seats.

Maintenance:
All receipts and service history since new.
Only BMW synthetic oil, changed at 5,000 mile intervals.
All service work has been done at Motorwerks BMW (dealership) or independent BMW specialist Orr Autosport.
Spring 2011: New front rotors and pads

December 2010 (70K miles): Replaced water pump, thermostat, expansion tank and cap, both upper and lower radiator hoses, auxiliary fan switch, both accessory drive belts, accessory idler pulley, accessory belt tensioner pulley. All done as preventative maintenance.

Replaced transmission fluid with Redline.
Brake fluid flush every two years.

I don't want to say it's perfect, because it shows a certain about of normal wear, but it is very clean for a car that sees year-round daily-driver duty.

I have a number in mind that I think is fair, but I thought I'd put it to you all first and see what the E46 community thinks. Thanks in advance for any and all guidance!

I would pay 15,000 no problem if the control arms and bushes were replaced and the car does NOT suffer from ZKW burnt bowls.

The color is great, love it !

ZHP mafia has closed their registration --no new members. I will check out ZHP Registry.

I would agree with a few of the people above and say 14-15. Maybe even start it at 15.5 and only go as low as 14.

Looks like a very clean car, good luck with the sale.

Wow that looks clean

I would start at 16, shoot for 15 and take anything 14 and above.

15k for asking it pretty reasonable. Yeah put it up on the registry, it's a free service.

Do people actually frequent the registry? Currently, there are only 4 ZHPs listed there, so it doesn't seem that well-trafficked...

No, noone looks at those sites. List it on here first and after a few weeks in the local classified.

The car is clean and very good looking , should be an easy sell at 15k

Nice car, I have the same except mine has leather and is a 2005. I would start at $15k and not take too much less. I don't think you will have a problem finding the right buyer if you are patient.

My car has similar stats. If I were to sell it now I think I would list it for 16k, accept an offer of no less than 14.5

Thanks for your input, everyone! I think I've got a good price in mind and I'll post the first ad here on E46fanatics on either Monday or Tuesday.
