Dragging rear brake caliper???

Hey there...... my two rear rotors have 2 lines going around the middle of them as u can see in the picture below. Do you guys think my calipers are dragging?? By the way I just change the brake pads on them.

Probably fine.

Make sure to bed the new brakes.
