Michelin Super Sports and their warranty; can I run 245/40/zr17 all around?

Looking at grabbing a set of these.

They're guaranteed for 30k miles, but if the tires are different sizes, the rears are only guaranteed to 15k. Can I run 245/40/zr17s up front as well so i get the 30k mile warranty? So basically, running rear tires on all 4 corners.

I run 235/40/17 Mich P/S's all around on style 44's. I wanted to maintain the stock height of the tire when I upgraded.
Looks to me that there is enough room for 245's

We've had some reports of rubbing with that size up front, but I've also seen many guys on the forum that run it with no problem. It appears to be a borderline aggressive fitment that works for some and not others.
