BMW E46 320i Individual Waterpump

Hi just want to know what is best to do? I need to replace my water pump, do i buy from the Agents or can I use a aftermarket pump I know some may say agents is the best but sometime you get a aftermarket part that a bit better then the original. Please can i have some opinions as well as where to get a pump at the best price?
Hope to hear from you guys!!!

Regard
