Martin's girlfriend would obviously have a biased opinion, and the only evidence a body proves is TM was shot and killed, a body does not prove the guilt GZ unless the events that lead up to the shooting were crystal clear, but they aren't. Unless reliable witnesses come forth the rest is pure speculation. Who confronted who, who started the fight, only two people on earth know the exact details of what happened that night and one of them is dead.

There is only one side of the story available. Only Zimmerman knows who confronted who first. People are operating on speculation fueled by racial bias. I say he walks! Let him go. The Martin family attorney speaks like he just stepped of the block. No proper grammar , lots of slang usage, what freaking university did he go to to become a lawyer. He's just hanging on encase Zimmerman walks free, the family can bring a civil suit against George. Just like in the O.J. Trial! It is unfortunate this happens daily in our country!

If the law is held and the case is deemed to be self defense he will be immune from civil suits. Oh and you're a racist commenting on their attorney that way.

Not racist, far from it! My GF is African American! I would expect better public speaking abilities from someone who is "highly educated".

You have me all wrong bud. I am not taking Zimmerman's word for it at all. I am looking at the simple facts aka evidence. His story is irrelevant. The evidence points to self defense. Neither Martin's or Zimmerman's story interest me.

Of course everyone is innocent until proven guilty. So let everyone strongly advocate against the arrest of everyone that's been arrested and waiting for a trial, with the intensity that NFR and others are doing here. Let's call all cops and DAs a$$holes only after political points because they arrested someone that I believe is innocent.

Lawsuit: Associated Investigative Services claims Zimmerman failed to pay more than $27,000 for protection services

A security company has filed a lawsuit against George Zimmerman, his wife and attorney claiming that they owe more than $27,000 for protection services.

Associated Investigative Services filed the lawsuit in Orange County Circuit Court on Friday against Zimmerman, who is awaiting trial on second-degree murder charges in relation to the shooting of Florida teenager Trayvon Martin.

The civil complaint, which is also against his wife and attorney Mark O'Mara, claims O'Mara hired the company in June to provide security for the Zimmerman family but promised payments stopped after an independent trustee took over Zimmerman's defence fund.

The company provided a detail for Zimmerman's second bond hearing on June 29, according to the complaint, and the arrangement stepped up into 'nearly constant' watch on Zimmerman's family.

But AIS alleges payments stopped soon after an independent trustee took over the defence fund, the Orlando Sentinel has reported.

The company says O'Mara told Zimmerman and the trustee wanted to 'clamp down' on the defence fund because it was running low.

The lawsuit alleges breach of contract, among other claims, and requests a monetary judgment of $27,027.08.

O'Mara told the Orlando Sentinel he was surprised the suit had been filed.He said 'We've paid them over $40,000'

He said the company no longer provided protection to George and Shellie Zimmerman, partly because at one point it was billing them $7,000 per week, whereas they are now paying $700 a week for protection.
