I don't know what could be wrong with the grilles you received without seeing how they look on your car, I didn't see any emails come in recently that could be from you (from what I saw at least). As you can see from totally at free-will posts from previous customers, the grilles are pretty good. The only issues we have with them are if customers damage them while installing (basically jam them into place and the plastic pieces crack, they are plastic, it's just what happens). People even have posted, numerous times, that while removing the factory grilles, the clips on those broke, it's not necessarily 'our' plastic, plastic can only bend so far before breaking.

Sorry that you don't like the grilles, send us an email with pictures so we can make sure that whatever happened here doesn't happen in the future, we've got plenty of enthusiasts out there with our grilles on just fine and we obviously want to have the least issues if possible
