I'm pretty happy with my back in the recent months. Been working hard to get that more triangle look.

What's lifting?

Today's 5th set of a 5x5 on deadlift 315lbs. Well, better than it used to be.

This was exactly a year ago at 255lbs...

Slow it down. That rounded lower back in the beginning is no good. Keep head neutral and don't look up. I'm guilty of it too. Do a complete stop after each rep. Not a fan of touch and go. All easy fixes.

That's why I record. To see angles I can't. I hate that they have so many damn mirrors though. Give it a few days and knock it out again getting my ass lower. Hate to keep poor form considering I've seen good gains.

yea man. Like I said. Just slow it down and set your back. The first lift is the worst and typically that's the best. The touch and go isn't helping. It's easier to pull more weight with it but not good if it means form will break down.

The touch and go imo is hiding your form issues.

I think you can easily lift a lot more than 315 if you start lifting with your legs, from the video it looked like all back.

Stand over bar so it cuts your feet in half looking down, keep chest out, pick a spot in front of you to stare at, shins touching bar (hips will be in correct spot), and start the pull with by pushing up with your feet more than pulling. The back takes over after it passes your knees with correct form

I've been lifting in my new balance and doing ok. I don't know if I should change this tonight or not. Kind of a "if it isn't broke don't fix it" thing.
