id lower the reps and go heavier on things you know how to do. maybe do heavy monday, high rep tuesday, heavy wednesday, ect

What is this Fitocracy you speak of?

I did a few more exercises that I couldn't find or were similar... But here is today. I know I shouldn't go by the points of fitocracy however it seems like this was a weak ass work out.


Preacher Curl:
55 lb x 10 reps (+17 pts)
65 lb x 10 reps (+18 pts)
65 lb x 13 reps (+18 pts)
75 lb x 6 reps (+17 pts)
Alternate Hammer Dumbbell Curl:
25 lb x 8 reps (+17 pts)
25 lb x 8 reps (+17 pts)

25 lb x 8 reps (+17 pts)
Standing Biceps Cable Curl:
60 lb x 10 reps (+17 pts)
80 lb x 10 reps (+20 pts)

Cable Hammer Curls - Rope Attachment:
70 lb x 10 reps (+12 pts)
80 lb x 10 reps (+13 pts)

Lat Pulldown:
