So upsetting how easily I burn it off. I guess it's a bit better than having a hell of a time getting it off. Hard gainer is a pain though.

Anyhow, look forward to some decent updates the rest of this year!!
Good luck bro.

Keep at it. You'll get stronger! Pretty soon you'll be knocking out many more pull-ups. Don't forget to squeeze the bar too.

First time over 170lbs today! (I know big whoop. Haha) Woot! 7.6% body fat (always been low). 15 lbs in a little over a year. Not what I wanted but I did have to take a lot of time off due to stress at work and home. Been hitting it hard for the passed 6 months though. Still continuing to eat eat eat. And lifting heavy. I've seen my top half progress more than my lower half. My legs don't ever seem to fully recover... Any thoughts?

Some maxes right now as of today...

Weight x Reps x Sets
Squat: 275x1 (225x8x2)
Dead: 315x3x2
Bench: 225x3x2

For the few "major" lifts.

Same here, need to up the cardio and cut back on the drinking, neither of them are happening though. Tooth work and not enough gym time, and summertime = drinking time.

Great progress by the way.

Some great progress going on there!

If I remember correctly, you were eating close to 10k in calories sometimes right? What is your diet and cardio like?

Love that crown molding btw. lol

Garv, Haha! Talking about the crown molding!

I wouldn't say I was as high as 10k. However, daily I am over 5k. There are some days I would say I'm higher though. I'm not on a strict regimen, other than eating non stop through out the day and adding quick 1k calorie shakes twice-three times a day. Other than that, a lot of chicken (3-4 breasts a day) and steak (1 7-12oz filet every other day. Once a week 3lbs for dinner (leg days)). Broccoli, fish. hard boiled eggs (6-12 daily) I know I need to work more carbs in. Im sure this is way more than I "need" over certain things, however as one can see, I don't gain easily. I don't want to eat TOO dirty, however once a week I will certainly have my cheat days. Pizza, five guys meals, pancakes, fries. I figure I can afford them.

I do no cardio currently, other than occasionally playing raquetball with my brother in law. Maybe once a week max. Other than that Strictly lifting.

Day1: Legs
Day2: Shoulders
Day3: Chest Triceps
Day4: Back Biceps
Day5: Abs
Day6: Yoga/Stretching
Day7: Rest

Thanks! Trying to get to your status.

At least it's being recognized now though. I am of course doing this for me, however its reassuring when other people notice and ask if I have been hitting the gym.
