I bounce around a lot. I'd say my true weight is about 163-165. I drink a ton of water (more than 2 gallons) and eat a lot during the day. A LOT!! So I really don't know what my "true" weight is.

I don't put much stock in weight, I bounce around from 193-199 depending on the day, all weights taken on the same scale.

Another good day. Putting up 2 plates on bench now without help. Doing sets of three. Maxed at 1 rep 245lbs the other day no help. Also up on seated barbell military press. 135lbsx3. Definitely need to be more vigilant on my shoulder days.

Up to 175.9 lbs post work out today. A lot of water in me though. Probably drank 64oz during my time at the gym. Click image for larger version

Back day was a good one. Still eating like a mad man. Slowly slowly slowly breaking my what always feels like a plateau. I continue to promote my stack however as I feel stronger and capable of hitting the weights hard for 1.5-2 hours on my groups most days. Don't push it more than 1.5 hours though. Yeah. That does seen odd to me! I usually have 3-4 meals that either contain chicken or beef a day. I'm also at about 4500-5500 consistently. With 2k coming from shakes. (2 a day).

It's a pain in the ass eating so much throughout the day. I feel like if I miss one or even two little meals I've ruined my day. I'm hoping by the end of the year I can be up to 180 morning weight.

Oh. Also I have a pretty dirty diet. Haha. At least 1 meal a day is a "chest meal" persay.

You are both lucky/cursed to have the genetic traits where your body has a hard time storing fat / requiring massive nutrient intake to have enough leftover for muscle growth. You can still eat somewhat dirty and make solid lean gains, hooray haha.

The most blessed are those who partition nutrients to almost exclusively create muscle mass, and then people like myself who on a deficit are inclined to lose muscle and on a bulk to store fat, although i dont have it as rough as some. Need to work extra hard and have serious patience, but it's worth it!

Great progress so far, keep it up
