Simple shock upgrade question

I have a 2001 330Ci w/ sport package.

My right rear shock is leaking and the car has started to sag to one side. Bushings, springs, mounts and all bolts are fine so I'm not going to replace them.

My indy said he had a set of rear shocks for M3 that I might like, I'm assuming the following part # 33 52 2 283 105. Will those really fit my car?

Or should I stick with the standard sport shocks for my car, which are the Bilstein Sport part # 24-026987.

Thanks!!!

I personally would just go with the sports shocks unless he's basically giving the M3 shocks away. Besides, mixing M3 rears with sport fronts doesn't sound too great.
