M54 on Megasquirt Dyno

I finally made it to the dyno today after driving my M54 on Megasquirt for the last 6 months. I was fairly impressed with the gains and particularly with the smoothness.

I'll post the money-shot dyno plot here and I have all of the timing, VANOS and fuel details at my www.m54megasquirt3.blogspot.com blog The plots show some variability because I advanced and retarded timing to see what works best.

I can't claim rightfully claim 230whp but I think if I had turned fuel cut at 6000rpms off it would have (whoops!). Mods on the motor at this point are ZHP cams, headers, and a hot air intake. 2 1/2" exhaust with two mufflers. No power pulleys, headwork, etc.

That's really nice work. I know some other folks are working on the same thing.

I'm assuming you're using a cable-actuated throttle?

I'm impressed at the gains, but I like that there is no DISA dip. Great work, Keep us all updated on what's next.
