Runners

I've taken my workouts indoors for the winter and had picked up a cheap treadmill off Craigslist.

When it warms up, I'll be outside again
Anyone get "sea legs" transitioning back to gravel?
Like your balance is off?
Anyone "free run" on a treadmill?

PS: Finders fee for anyone that can source a new LCD (T605)
I can only operate this thing in mystery mode

I've never had an issue transitioning, but I also don't run on the treadmill much. I only run when I'm training for something specific (...a'la...a running event).

I was a runner in the past (I prefer cycling now) and I never had an issue going from treadmill to pavement. Although, I much prefered running on some sort of trail vs. pavement.
