Too much power for my Angel eyes ?

hey ive been looking through different threads i hadnt seen anything relatable.

Last year i bought my 02 325ci it already had angel eyes on it but they decide when they wanted to work & if they did it was barely not at all. my passenger head light was out also end of the story i got new ballast for my headlights. they're 6k HID i also have 6k HID fogs too but im not sure what kind they are truthfully i didnt care as long as they worked cause cops in my area are d*cks !!!! but anyways is it possible tht my headlights & fogs could be taking to up to much power? because not my angel eyes just dont work at all.

i can post pictures up if you guys need me too so u can help me figure it out please & thanks in advance.
