2004 325ci engine m54b25 for sale

I have a engine that has 125k miles on it. I don't know what's wrong with it but I bought it like that. I think it's seized or something. It's a whole engine with a few things missing from it. The head and block is still there! I just want it gone!!!! Offers please!
