Cap clip diameter for VMR CSL wheels

Hello Fanatics

I have already read several threads about this but I cant seem to find a solution to my problem.
I have VMR wheels(I think atleast, PO told me so) and I have tried diffrent center caps now
without beeing able to find one that fits my wheels. I tried these:

http://viewitem.eim.ebay.se/Bmw-Allo...d=965468139012

and OEM 36-13-6-783-536

But none of them fits my rims, I have recently powdercoated them but that shouldent be the issue.
The problem I have is that the clips are to far out on the caps edge and if I try to push them in
I break the clips. I had bad quility BMW center caps that did fit them but they are worn and I
wanted to replace them. The clip diameter on the OEM and aftermarket center caps both measure
around 68mm I need a clip diameter of around 64mm for it to fit. By that measurement I mean to
the edge of the clips teeth. Anyone that has any ideas?

Hopefully this helps.

Also, the bmw center cap part # that we recommend would be 36 13 6 768 640.

The part number I posted is the new center cap design that replaced the one u posted in 2009. I am not sure what is causing
my problems but the center cap u posted I think I could fit because the clip diameter is almost 2mm less than the oem. Maybe it is my powder coating that causes the problem after all? If I had a good way to measure the hole it self I might be able to shine some light on this problem. What is the original diameter of a VMR center hole?
