Rough idle help

Guys I'm having a rough idle issue, 2000 model with 119k but it goes away if car is turned off then back on but eventually comes back. Think it's a cracked head? No codes, only when hot and only when outside temp is hot it idles rough at stand still or park but accelerates with power. It doesn't happen in the winter in the northeast, only in summer or when outside temp is above 75 or so.
Another note, it can be idling rough, but if I take it on the highway then come to a stop it idles smooth but after a while in traffic it idles rough again but only when outside temp is hot. WTF could it be?

well have you done anything to eliminate issues. So you have a rough idle? any lights going on? details. And maybe you should search for rough idle. or misfire issues.

No code, no check engine light. Searched forums already, only similar issue I found was a cracked head but that wasn't only when it was hot, his rough idle was when it was cold as well.

Thanks

My money is on the engine mounts. It happens during the described situations because the AC is kicking in. You can check by having someone rev the engine while it's in park. If the engine is moving around quite a bit, that's your culprit. You can also measure them to see if they're collapsed. You say it's running fine, just vibrating at idle. So I don't think it's an engine problem.

My mounts need replacing.
