The ten-year-old boy was thrown to his specifications about 40 yards into a field. Whether the bodies are autopsied must still decide the prosecution, said the police spokesman.

Thats crazy. One of the worst single car wrecks I've seen. You usually would suspect the driver to be a kid...

Quote:
A 38-year-old man, his ten year old son and two women aged between 28 and 33 years, according to police thrown out of the car and fatally injured. A 46-year-old who had been sitting in the passenger seat, was trapped and suffered fatal injuries.

The road itself was dry and free of the curve itself can also be passed through at a speed of one hundred.

Ummm....was this not caused by an insanely high rate of speed, putting others in danger with no regard for human life, adding in one's inability to control a high speed vehicle? Ummmm, yea, epic fail.

It doesnt matter what the circumstances are. 4 people lost their lives. Calling this a fail makes you a dick.

Spare me the theater. Almost all "fails" involve someone getting seriously injured or killed. You want to be a bleeding heart crybaby, be my guest, but don't be a hypocrite. Half the off topic section is glued together by other people's misfortunes.

If you really want to dig into this....

I posted this because it was interesting to see how a car can be ripped apart to these levels. The story doesn't matter, and my comments were made in a general sense, not in a specific sense (like they are in the Treyvon Martin thread.) Now, every day, many people, 99.999999% of whom are faceless to the rest of us die, some in a very unpleasant way, but somehow, we, the elite members of E46 offtopic still find a way to find a giggle, eventhough "people" are dying. This is no different, and to say otherwise is being a hypocrite. People didn't mind laughing when Somali pirates (who are human beings) were being shot, but this guy who was doing 130mph+ with kids in the car somehow gets a pass.

My rule is simple. If you are going to spout off as well as laugh at offensive comedy, that means you laugh at ALL of it.

Panties in a bunch syndrome is strong here, and it's pretty.......well.....epic fail.

Well, it's like they say- Speed doesn't kill. Abruptly coming to a stop does. I think this guy made the mistake of driving in a manner that made him come to an abrupt stop. People pay for their mistakes, this is no different.

One must operate within ones safe limits when engaged with other peoples lives. Failure is mute when faced with this level of of tragedy, one hopes that they went quickly. The force needed to tear that car apart like that is massive and violent, the rear wheel says it all. God speed
