Can you tell us the kit number for Xi's, or provide access to this kit content information?
I will grab the info in the AM. Unless I am using outdated app guide there is no Xi kits in ST.

Here's another thought:
Why doesn't everyone who experienced this problem post up the Vendor where they purchased the kit, and Cost.

I have a feeling there will be a connection between the two.
I dont believe there is a connection on point of purchase and/or priced paid.

so if the 60-200 spring is correct in my car then why are people getting replacements for a 50-200 spring?

I couldn't find Xi in the application guide either, nor could I find the kit online. I'm just going by what Adam told me.

Agreed, but perhaps we could determine where the bad batch is coming from. Low price = high demand. Does it also mean the supplier rushed a QA process and overlooked certain things? I doubt it, but its not impossible.

i do remember when i ordered my suspension threw sonic ms i waited 3 weeks because there were sold out world wide!!! sonic called the factory and i got it directly thew them. there would be a possibility that the factory rushed the process because there was such a high demand at this time.

I don't think that is the problem. One thing I have learned with dealing with ST over the last two years is they do not rush the manufacturing process.

I would follow up with your rep over there. I know when I talked to their tech a couple of days about this they were looking in to the reported issue.

Do you know if my 325 is supposed to be riding on 50-200 springs in the front?

The Xi springs are shorter therefore it would dramatically drop the car making it too low rather than "too high."

Am I frustrated with ST right now... Still have yet to get my springs in, but was sent the invoice to my new springs that were supposedly shipped on the 24th. Opened the email to realize that ST entered my address incorrectly. Not to mention that I leave for college in a week.

Are you happy with the results? are the going as low as they should? I have still been holding out until everything is back to normal with ST.

I'm not very happy with how it sits. I want to slam my car though, not just lower it. If you're looking to lower your car then ST is the way to go

Do you have a couple pictures? Mine settled a bit.

Again, its not within the advertised range but at this point I honestly don't care anymore.

im removing my helpers screw this replacing spring BS, they even said over the phone that the 60-200 was correct for my car, the only way they got those advertised results was without helpersprings! On top of that i asked the guy at bimmerfest "how do i get my front lower its on the max drop and he said removing the helpersprings, but he didn't recommend it

BECAUSE ST READS ALL THESE POSTS NOTE I NEVER GOT AROUND TO DOING THIS!
