I tend to go in waves. I can go a while without, than other times it's up to a few times a day. All depends on my mood, etc. But I wouldn't say that I feel any different when going periods of time without, compared to the others. I also don't go to the gym or anything like that. I'd have to agree that the getting out more, the gym, etc, is more what's giving you the energy and confidence, while at the same time helping keep your mind off your self-handshakes. Just a small portion of an overall bigger picture, but either way, congrats for finding what works for you to help keep your levels up and boost your self-confidence.

My wife and I are pretty active, when I deployed I fapped a couple of times and I felt like such a looser, I vowed to not do it again unless it was for medical reasons or with the wife during sexy chats but that only happened once due to the time difference, kids being awake and crappy ass satellite internet lol
